Submitting images allows us to better assess your enquiry. These images are viewed only by Dr Howard Webster, his patient coordinators, and occasionally an associate plastic surgeon. They are treated with strict confidentiality and are never shared externally. If you proceed as a patient, your images will form part of your medical record. If you choose not to continue, all images and personal information will be securely deleted.

By submitting your images and details, you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion. We are committed to handling your information with the highest level of privacy, respect, and care.

If you request an assessment from Dr Webster, please note:

• There is no cost or obligation to request an assessment, and no obligation for Dr Webster to provide one. Due to demand, he may respectfully decline some requests.

• Any comments provided do not constitute a consultation or establish a doctor–patient relationship. They are not medical advice, but general guidance intended to offer initial insight into your enquiry. A formal consultation is required for a comprehensive medical assessment and personalised advice.

• Ongoing or detailed correspondence is not provided through this format. For further discussion, a consultation must be scheduled.

• Dr Webster does not provide second opinions or comment on other surgeons’ work via this portal. A full consultation is required for this.
