Covid 19

In accordance with the decisions made by the Australian Government to help slow the spread of COVID-19, all elective surgery has been postponed at our clinics. This measure has been put in place to maintain the safety of both our patients and staff which, as always, is our primary concern.

Our team is working hard in this unprecedented climate to ensure that when we can again pick up our tools, we are ready to go without missing a beat. During this downtime, our staff are ready and waiting to help you with any concerns you may have.

Until we can safely resume surgery, we wish you all health and safety. Stay at home where possible, remind those closest to you that you love them, and most importantly, be kind. This will be behind us eventually, and we are looking forward to seeing you when it is.

Though Dr Webster has put down his tools, our staff are still working, and are ready to support you however you may need. If you are in the process of organising your operation, or have recently had your operation, our staff will still be answering phone calls and replying to emails to offer you constant support, as always.

At the moment, we are conducting consultations through Telehealth online meetings. This means that Dr Webster can still discuss your treatment with you, and can even conduct most post-operation assessments without needing an in-person consultation.

If an in-person consult is necessary, however, this can still be arranged under the new COVID-19 security measures put in place by the government. Rest assured that all possible bio-security measures will be put in place for your visit to the clinic, if this is required.

To contact any of our staff during this period, please email us at hello@drwebster.com.au

Once your enquiry has been received, the relevant staff member can then call you directly, should you prefer to speak over the phone. By emailing first, you ensure that you speak to the right person and receive all necessary information, in the most timely manner.

For general enquiries, our staff will be monitoring incoming phone calls between 10am-3pm Monday-Friday; the number to call is (03) 9828 1306.

If you are an existing patient with an urgent medical issue, remember that you are always welcome to contact Dr Webster directly on 0414817681.
